NGEEC is a Community Development Corporation that will offer the following programs:
1) To create a equitable and affordable home ownership environment, create and maintain
a stock of at market and below market rate housing.
2) Offer workforce development in the following fields:
Real Estate Development
Open Source/ Unix/ Linux Coding
Electric Smart Grid Integration and Maintenance
Affordable CDL License Driver Training
A local farmers market will be operated to bring locally grown produce to local customers and will also offer a food recycling program.
ACTIVITIES DONE TO PROVIDE THESE SERVICES :
1) Identify funding needs, prioritize and provide grants to community programs/ activities
2) Youth membership/employment programs and opportunities
3) Support neighborhood projects, initiatives and organization development/ capacity building. What We Do
