Scattered Site Housing Program
The primary focus of a Scattered Site Housing Program Is that the housing class is primarily residential, single family in good neighborhoods, this in turn give moderate income families access the opportunities that are tied to the community. The objectives include the rehabilitation of residential distressed and/or blighted properties providing starter home options, improving over all housing stock, investing and instilling confidence into communities, and increasing housing and land values.

Housing Choice Voucher For Homeowners Program
We support the Housing Choice Voucher(HCV) Program, which allows families who receive housing voucher assistance, to use their voucher to buy a home and receive monthly assistance in meeting homeowners hip expenses. Most participants of this program, have rented a minimum of five years and is in good standing.

Community Land Trust(CLT)
To acquire land and property to hold in perpetuity, keeping housing permanently affordable for low/moderate income residents and allowing them to build equity without market speculation.

Legacy Resident Support
Protect longtime property owners from being taxed out of their homes by advocating for property tax caps, homestead exemptions, help seniors challenge property tax hikes.
